Recently the yoga guru Baba Ramdev has entered in the telecom sector. There was an event on Sunday when Baba Ramdev has launched Patanjali SIM card. Officially it’s known as “Swadeshi Samriddhi SIM cards”. Yoga guru Ramdev’s Patanjali Ayurved has partnered with BSNL and both have launched Patanjali BSN-144. For now, Patanjali BSN 144 special plan is available only for Patanjali organization members such as Bharat Swabhiman Nyas, Patanjali Yog Samiti, Mahila Prakostha, Yuva Bharat, Patanjali Kisan Seva, Swadeshi Samrudhi Card Holder.

You should know about Patanjali Plans
- Patanjali has launched three different plans for long-term to short-term. According to BSNL and Patanjali, this Special plan will give lots of benefits like the user will get free unlimited voice calling without any roaming charges, 2GB data per day and get 100 SMS per day until validity period.
- Patanjali SIM has launched three various plans which are 30 days, 180 days and 365 days and gives the valuation of Rs. 144, Rs. 792 and Rs. 1,584 respectively. All plans cover free voice calling, data and SMS benefits.
- According to the plans if user subscribing to Patanjali Swadeshi Samriddhi SIM card with the plan of Rs. 144 then the user will get 60GB internet data it means the user will get 2GB internet data daily till the validity period of 30 days. If user subscribing Rs. 792 plan then the user will get total 360GB internet data over the 180 days validity period. Same As, If user subscribing Rs. 1,584 plan then the user will get total 720GB internet data for one year validity period with 2 GB daily data limit.
How to buy and Activate Patanjali SIM
Currently, Patanjali employees are only eligible for BSN 144 plan, if you are not a member of Patanjali organization then you are not eligible to buy or activate this SIM. For activation, you need to visit CSC or retailers along with Employee ID of Patanjali, membership fee documents or receipt of above organization and Swadeshi Samriddhi SIM cards etc.
Additionally, Baba Ramdev has introduced swadeshi messaging app “Kimbho” in Google play store. But it was removed by Google due to several security reason and bugs.
In future, Baba is going to challenge Ambani’s JIO with Patanjali SIM and Facebook’s WhatsApp app with the swadeshi Kimbho messaging app.
